The Spreadsheet Competency Framework defines a simple four-level system and is intended to clarify discussions around spreadsheet ability and help move away from the line too often found on Accountant’s CVs: “Proficient with Microsoft Excel”.
Our tailored modular spreadsheet training will enable individuals and teams to target specific development areas as defined by the Framework.
The Spreadsheet Competency Framework follows on from the great work of the “Twenty principles for good spreadsheet practice” and is a sign of the ICAEW IT faculty’s commitment to improving the use of spreadsheets by Accountants.
